Reactive - 

Reactive decals are applied on a glazed surface. Reactive will create Depression or Dents on the Glaze surface, It could be print, manual brush, or spray work. It helps to make surface undulation and gives an organic feel. These are the type of finishes where you could feel the depths through touch. 

Relief - 

Relief decals can be done with in-glaze and on-glaze effects, which give a relief texture to the tableware. These decals are fired in high temperatures.
